Subject: who sings this reggae song...it start out like this: "Girl you look so sharp, everytime you pass....."

I've been racking my brain trying to figure out who sings this song. If anyone can help me, please shoot me an email.

The song goes a little something like this:
"Girl...you look so sharp...everytime you pass in {boom boom shy?}...."

It is a reggae song and I always seem to hear it played right before the song "Murder She Wrote."

If anyone has any idea who sings this song, or knows the actual title of the song please let me know a.s.a.p.
