to understand, I admit.

I just think we should hold nominations for the catagories, that ultimately would have a top three to be voted on, toward a winner. No-one can win in more than two catagories.

Here's the hard part:

After the nominations, if anyone is nominated in more than two catagories, they would be contacted, and asked to chose which TWO catagories he wants to campaign in[he would not be told which catagories he had scored best in].

Then he would become a nominee in his two chosen catagories, and other nominees would move up in the catagories he had declined.

Then the final vote would be taken based on the top three nominees.
