You have to see whether the opposite party is interested in you before you put in too much hope on this gal. It is always the case when people say," oh she is the ONE." but it turn out to be soooo wrong. So, dont put your hopes too high. You can try to attract her first. By getting her attention. Just casually talk to her, try to crack some jokes with her IF you are good at it. if not, DONT. Then see how things goes...if she finds you interesting, she might want to make better friends with you. But be patient in getting the gal you want. TIME will tell. GOOd luck!
