Well, that's something I can relate to for once. Sure, I can spend a few hundred words to explain to you about the nature of love and everything, but the thing is: are you sure that she is the one?
What you need to realise is that there is a reason for everything, and that the world (unfortunately) never work the way that we want them to.
Ask her face to face, and whatever the result may be, you now have a closing statement.
I know that you WILL think what I said is crap, but stop giving yourself excuses and move on. I hope you can put this passion into your work and achieve you other goals. What do you know? You may meet someone new.
