You did pretty much what are can do. And besides, if he likes you, he would not say that he is busy while you called him. he will shyly talk to you. But no! he said he's busy which i dont think so. And when he received the christmas card did he send you back??? If he did, at least he is not a jerk. Well, you will just have to wait and see how it goes, if you two are fated then good. And one more thing, dont be too brave and do all the first move, you might scare him off. GOOD LUCK!
