Subject: confuse

i got to knoe this guy during a friends gathering.he always call me and i get very irritated and i avoid his call.after a year he call me he know i was aviding his call.he told me that he like me.he told me this "you should give yourself a chance and if you are my gf i will treasure you".after the call i recall back cause i dont expect he will like me.from my impression he always got gf after each break he was like a flirt.but after that i was thinking of it.when he call i start to panic alittle, and thinking of him. after afew months i found that he has a gf.but he always call me out.
i dont koe what to do i start to avoid his call again.am i in love with him?
