i CALLED THE SHERRIF ABOUT THE KIDS WITH NO HELMETS ON RIDING THE 3 WHEELERS IN AN UNSAFE MANNER. I DON'T THINK THEY EVER EVEN CAMEOUT. THESE KID'S FATHER IS ON THE VERGE OF BEING UNSTABLE. HE TRIED TO REACH IN MY TRUCK AND TAKE MY CAMERA FROM ME. THIS WAS ON HIAWATHA ST. THIS GUY DRIVES A TRUCK THAT SAYS "FIRST RESPONSE" ON IT. HE IS AN UNSTABLE FELLOW. WATCH OUT FOR HIM.
