YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The lake level is rising. Thank God for the rain. It looks like our beach houses will again be lake houses.

For update on POA happenings. A meeting was held today and it looks like the POA is going into the new year in a fairly good financial position. The collection agency has collected some dues that were otherwise hard to collect. We discussed getting bids on getting the drive to the boat ramp resurfaced. The item was tabled until the board can get some bids to find out if it is even doable in the next couple of years.

In respect to the old "keep out" trailer on Oxbow, the petition that we all signed was presented to the County Judge as well as copies to other elected officials. Hopefully, they will offer some help.

The nuisance officer came out and looked at the trash dumping place on Hammer and found some information on the dumper and also on the dumpee. If we don't see that cleaned up in a month or so, lets all contact the Nuiance Officer again.

The Architectual committee sent a report and it appears that they are doing a fine job.

We will have another Garage Sale on the same day as the annual cleanup in May. It was a lot of fun last year. Gather up your junk for the sale.

I am still working on the Directory and should have it finished for the April membership meeting.

Other board members? Pipe in and tell me what I am leaving out. Thanks to all that turned out despite the glorious rain.
