Pilot Club of Hazlehurst is a non-profit organization. All proceeds from the pageant will be used for charity projects in our community. PCH promotes Brain Awareness and various other charities. Last year PCH purchased Handicap playground equipment for the Primary School and our goal is to do the same for the Elementary School. All donations are greatly appreciated.

Age Divisions – Compete in the age group you fall into on the day of the pageant.
0-23 months Baby Miss
2-3 yrs Toddler Miss
4-6 yrs Tiny Miss
7-9 yrs Little Miss
10-12 yrs Junior Miss
13-15 yrs Teen Miss
16 & up Miss
Entry Fee
Beauty Fee $60.00
Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Dress, Prettiest Smile, and Photogenic are $10 each.
Enter All Events for $80.00. Sister discount’s - 1st child full price, 2nd child half price.
Photogenic- Please submit a 4x6 to 8x10 black and white or color photo by mail. Extra photos are $10. You may turn in photos at the door but they must be in by 9:00 a.m.

Judging
Judging will be based on Poise, Personality, Beauty & Overall Appearance.
Dress requirements for 0-9 yrs are party length. 10 & up should wear long formal wear. All Judges will be from out of town. Score sheets will be available after the pageant or can be mailed. Please submit a self addressed stamp envelope if you want your score sheets mailed.

0-6 yrs competition will begin at 10:00 a.m. 7 & up will begin at 2:00. We will go straight through all groups in each half before we crown. We will not double crown.

There will be a Winner and 3 runners up in each age group. All contestants in 0-6 yrs who don’t place will receive a gift bag.
There will be 2 overall winners. Each will receive a large Crown, Banner, Trophy and Cash…. (The overall prizes are based on 40 contestants.)
There will be One People’s Choice winner at the end of the pageant. The contestant with the most votes will receive a 9” crown and a Huge 4ft trophy. You may collect votes before the pageant and turn them in at the door.

Deadline for entry is Monday December 6, 2005. Please have paperwork and photos in at this time. If you can’t meet this deadline please call, we will try to work with you on this.
