So pleased that our Miss Indiana, Tangra Riggle is one of the state contestants up for the Quality of Life Award at Miss America. The Quality of Life Award is centers around a contestants platform. I believe the Award was created for the contestant who demonstrates the most knowledge and work with their platform. Wonder if passion about the platform is a criteria of the award because that would definitely be Tangra Riggle. When she spoke about her "Wheels of a Dream" platform she got me excited about the platform to the point that I want to volunteer my services for this cause. I hope she wins this award.
