Currently, Michelle Wilson has only competed in the Closed Local Scholarship programs two of which she won the title.

Miss Vincennes University 2000
Miss Northwest Territory 2001
Miss Harvest Homecoming 2003, Michelle either placed first or second runner up to winner Cheryl McDowell.

I believe this will be Michelle's first experience to compete in an "Open" Local Scholarship Program. She is lovely, possesses a fantastic vocal singing voice and she is quite committed to her community service platform. I wish her well.
