Come on now, good grief. Asking Directors from other Locals to judge another Indiana Locals is probably a "conflict of interest". It just isn't smart. I just don't see how a Local Director as a judge judging another Indiana Local could be fairminded.

Using a sports metaphor, it's as if someone from the opposing team were judging and we all know how that turns out.

As to the person who suggested other Local Directors from Indiana have in the past, judged Miss North Central, I believe that is incorrect. Perhaps Local Directors from other States have judged Miss North Central, this is more believable.
