As a student enrolled at Vincennes University for two years, Penny Moore twice competed for the title of Miss Vincennes University and each time she competed, placed in a runner up position. Won interview award twice.

As a student enrolled at Vincennes University for two years, Penny Moore was eligible to compete for the title of Miss Northwest Territory. Penny competed twice for the title of Miss Northwest Territory each time, she placed in a runner up position. Won interview award once.

Currently, Penny Moore is a student enrolled at Ball State University. Penny is eligible to compete for any Open Local Scholarship Program and for the title of Miss Ball State.

Penny's talent is baton and her community service platform unless she has changed, focuses on Breast Cancer Awareness and Prevention.
