That was why the minmum of 25 was originally set...I want to have better cash payouts. All cash is prorated at a minimum of 45 contestants for full awards...I had set my minimum for contestant benefit. I am accepting paypal at MsAllstarBeauty@paypal.com if you want to participate at the State please get your $100 deposit in by midnight on Sunday August 8th. I have to let the hotel know on Monday morning if we are cancelling or holding. I am new but honest, so all that have sent i their deposit will get them back. I DO NOT keep anyones deposit. I think this would be a great fun pageant but understand if people don't want to give a new system a chance.
