If I am driving down the road and I do something wrong and kill someone I am guilty of negligent homicide and I have insurance that will pay for medical bills etc., so are these Doctors so they should be tried and convicted for negligent homicide and their insurance would have to pay and even their estate should be sued.

Every life is worth saving, if God wanted he would take someone home no matter what medical saving equipment there was.
