Subject: 3 different lawsuits Author: Peter J Messina [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 03/15/10 9:53am Case #1--- I was in prison and I filed a civil suit from prison against the defendant for fraud case # 095580ck and won a default judgement against the defendant for $116,000. He had 21 days to respond. Well he did with a mootion to set aside default judgement. now I am looking for someone to take over from here or at least console me on what to do from here and when I win execute the judgement.
