Fished Saturday late morning on the outer bar with slip bobbers crawlers leechs and jigs, Nothing doing moved in closer on the gravel in 6 feet of water an picked up 4 12-14 inch smallmouth on green 3/16 ounces jigs and leeches. Water temp is down to 48 degrees and the water is sained between Neenah river channel and Menasha river channel. Tried the reef north of the river channel at menasha and picked up a small northern on a crawler. Very slow and the water is cold. The strong west wind didn't help as it was hard to really slow down the bait. A very slow steady retrieve is wha took all the smallies. Talked to some others out there and no one was really doing anything to talk about. Hard conditions, we need some steady warming weather.
