You’ve turned this debate into something about you. This has nothing to do with you. But, if you want to make this personal - I know what rock means. I like rock. I like soul, I like country, I like classical, I like metal, and I like older pop from the 70's, 80's and some 90's. It’s called having eclectic tastes. You faux ‘rockers’ clearly have no idea what real music is, and only like the music you like because it’s ‘cool,’ when infact it’s pathetic. And you say you love rock music. Do you know (without looking it up) what year The Who’s debut song was released? Do you know what was the Beatles’ first gig in America? Or, do you have the faintest idea what Queen’s first single was, and what year it was released? I do. You’re just a pathetic child who has nothing else to do but harass people expressing their free speech with comments that lack intelligence, and common sense. Or, in terms you can comprehend, stupid, uncalled for and childish remarks. Broaden your vocabulary, Mr. Varter, learn words unrelated to cursing and harassing, and maybe someone, someday, may take you seriously. Or, in laymen terms - grow up. And how dare you catagorize Elton John with Britney Spears? You obviously have as much knowledge about music as you do about nuclear science. This conversation is over.
