For those of you not on the Thursday night ride. I took my bike in Thursday to get a new rear cassette and chain put on before the ride. While talking to Scott (mechanic at Bluebonnet) I ask him to take a look at a line on the top tube next to the front fork area. Thought it was just a bond mark. Scott & Ben both looked at it and decided it looked too much like a crack and decided to turn it in on warranty. Ben said he had a frame too lend me until they got mine back, and he would have it ready Friday evening on my way home. (Got to love Bluebonnet Service) So, I rushed home got XC bike out from cobwebs, threw on road tires, aired them up and off I went. Point of this story is I may end up with close to a New Bike after all. Funny how things turn out sometimes.
