I have a freind looking for a small 4-wheeler. He only wants something like a 250 for his son. Does anyone have one for sale? Please reply to this post if you have one or know someone that does. Thanks, Jeff

Just a reminder to all hunters who are hunting Phipps Bend. You must harvest a doe before harvesting a buck. The Industrial Board are watching this very close, to make sure we harvest as many does as we can. The bucks are checking the does pretty heavy. Look for the rut to kick in during this muzzleloader season if the weather stays cold. Also the U.S. Forestry Servive will be in the area on Nov. 9th around 11:00 am setting coon traps. They are aware of us hunting that day and will make every attempt to not disturb our hunt. Their truck is marked with the U.S. Logo. Hunt safe and abide by the rules.

Some of our members are asking if the AWA could serve some deer meat at our banquet as a side entree.
We have had deer and turkey in the past and it was a big hit. We let Pardner's BBQ in Piney Flats smoke a couple of deer hams and a wild turkey for the banquet a few years back.
They will smoke deer and turkey for $5.oo each. All deer hams must be deboned.
If you would like to volunteer to donate a hind quarter or turkey, please respond to this post.
We will gather them up prior to the banquet and have them all smoked at once before the banquet on March 6th..
