Re:
Dear Stacy:

Thank you so very much for your interest in Florida Bible College.

Florida Bible College credits are accepted at many fine colleges and universities from all around the world. With so many well known respected graduates such as Bill Butterworth (Formerly with Focus on the Family)and Joe Alessi(of Eternity), Florida Bible College's reputation as a world leader in quality biblical Education is well known.

Florida Bible College is a former member of both T.R.A.C.S. and A.A.B.C. (national accreditation boards).

Florida Bible College graduates were once called by Dallas Seminary, one of the finest seminaries in the world,
"The best prepared students for Seminary". Chattanooga Pastor Dr. Bob Easley has called Florida Bible College graduates "some of the best trained ministers for working in churches", and he has also said "We need more graduates serving in our churches from Florida Bible College".

In 1997 when the "leadership" of Florida Bible Church voted to suspend all Florida Bible College classes, Florida Bible College's A.A.B.C. and T.R.A.C.S. accreditation was suspended.

On December 14, 2004 the newly elected FBC BOT began a ten year long process to legally re-open Florida Bible College under the guidelines of the IRS tax code 508.

Florida Bible College is not accepting any applications, nor is it offering any classes at this time.

Florida Bible College hopes to be accepting applications and offering classes by the year 2007. At that time the Florida Bible College BOT might choose to look into FBC's future accreditation status.

God bless you and thanks again for your interest in Florida Bible College.

Dr. Michael E. Schmidt
