Bliss is not happiness neither the cause of happiness. However, happiness is a the shadow of bliss. So what is Bliss? Bliss is better known when is experience. Bliss is that state of being transcendental. Sitting in the throne of thousand petals One just 'observe' how the three modes are interacting with the lower consciousness. One 'observe' every event in our life, every minute, every second with the third eye. This called awareness.
This must be practice, practice, practice, to be acquired.
Be aware of Bramhan.
