That is true. I asked a few monastics up in Mother Center about the lubrication, and they said it is ok not to use it if u are comfortable without it. Initially my throat used to dry up a lot, and I had to swallow a lot. Nowadays it is much better. Wonder if the breath is actually shifting to the spine instead of the back of the throat.
I try to do my kriyas with utmost dedication, but I have found that I am not able to perform a perfect kriya yet so far. But I try to achieve that perfection.
