Perhaps that is why it is said the thokar kriya is to leave the body----it enables om saturation.

It appears Lahiri did sadhana for 12 years. Is it tradional that if one follows numbers as prosribed that the sadhana will be done in 12 years? I used to disbelieve this but it is appearing to have some basis in truth.
