According to the courts &
the world of lagality, Antonio
is the Brenan's father. The
reason is because according to
the courts, Jessica is not responsible
for Tess's actions, so the court can
have her keep the baby. Remember, Viki
wasn't held accountable for Victor's
murder when one of her alters killed
Victor, Nurse Ethel Crawford saw the
murder, told Dorian & she covered it
up so Viki wouldn't be institutionalized
for it, so she killed Ethel Crawford
by way of a diabetic coma & let herself
take the blame for it. Remember when Niki
was about to be raped by a john, Princess
emerged & Dorian was very loving & caring
to her. So with Tessica & Jessica. The
courts would say that Brenan's parents are
Jessica & Antonio, Nash has no say in the
matter because he was with Tess, not Jessica
& according to the courts Jessica is the
biological mother to the baby because of why
Viki wasn't accountable for the Victor murder
by one of her altars. I hope some one helps
me out here.
