Subject: Old, New Cast Members

My head is spinning!!Ever time I pick up a magazine I read about yet another old cast member returning. This is all really great but wouldn't it be nice to have some new blood that we could really start to like??? I fear it will be just a repeat of the old days and maybe that is not a good thing!! I am not really sure how I fell about all these people returning. I only look forward to the return of Dorian!!!!

I hope it when Gabrielle and Alex return to OLTL that they are not there for just a week or less. It was great when they brought back Ed Hall, in order to have his grandson be a lawyer. That storyline was canned. And it was a big blowout when he Al Freeman jr. returned. I just hope it will be better when these two come back. Hope they stay longer. Gabrielle will probably bring back her and Max's son Al Holden. So that will be interesting to see the changes in him, etc. What do you think?

You're right, Bronwyn, they really blew it with a couple of returning old favorites, i.e. Ed Hall and Rachel Gannon. It was a tease, and I certainly hope they're not going down that road again. I love Gabrielle, but I cannot stand Max, so I really don't want anymore storylines where he's the main atraction, but it looks like that's inevitable. I agree with Scarlett -- Just Bring On Dorian, that's all I ask for -- Robin Strasser!!!!!

I'm especially interested in when Rachel will appear again. It's been far too long in amy opinon. Her mother right now is going through some painful issues you would think that this would be a great time to write her daughter& son into the story line. Nora is very close to her children and could use their support. just a thought.

The way TPTB have handled Rachel's 'return' has been disgraceful. They don't have a clue what to do with her character. When she was in town, all she did was take care of Matthew...unless you call that diversion w/Jared Hall dating???? And why not hook her up with some of her old friends???? Maybe they're taking their time bringing her back AGAIN until they figure out what her storyline will be. (wishful thinking)
