No, I don't think RJ is in on what Sam and Lindsay are up to. I think Melaine might be in on it though. RJ does act very confident, but he wouldn't want to kill Colin because he knows about the letters that Colin wrote to implicate Lindsay. I think there's stuff in there about Lindsay getting the memory drug from RJ. RJ is capable of murder, but i think when it came right down to it, he would be more likely to call someone to off someone rather then get his hands dirty.
