我絕對感受到你認為自己是我們負累的那一種感覺，因為你覺得自己把全部人的完成時間弄長了，所以當我在水塘裡把你背起的時候，你一直都很不好意思，甚至講晦氣的說話來。但不要忘記為甚麼這個活動要強調全隊一致去完成。在這麼慢長的路徑裡，先不要說體能情況，我們能遇到的困難和意外可以無窮無盡，如果沒有隊友間的支持、鼓勵和幫助，沒有大會的補給，沒有我們自己支援隊的補給，你想有多少人可以完成整整一百公里的路程呢？我相信如果情況可以，每一位參加者都不會輕易放棄，特別是你的情況，已堅持了超過九十多公里，只剩不差不多五公里的路程便可以完成，作為隊友的一份子，我們每一個人都願意和你一起繼續上路，只要我們還有氣力，還有強烈要完成的心，我們一定可以完成。

不要認為自己是隊友們的負累，我們沒有人有這種想法，所以你亦不應有這種想法。

多作休息了。我們還有很多高山要去闖呢！
