 嘩，Livia小姐打了這麼多的中文字,相信一定非常辛苦了。謝謝妳的幫忙把這份食物名單列了出來，因為它可以給每一位參加者一個心理準備，讓每一位可以在當天另外多帶一些其他食物避免重覆。真是非常感激。

不過正如Livia所說，各位真的要踴躍對這一份食物餐單發表意見，因為我想支援組是希望為各參加者提供最理想的膳食安排，好讓大家可以輕鬆地及滿足地在路上前進，這一份心意是要相當感激的。

對我個人來說這一份餐單是我過去參加過不同類型的行山活動裡最周到的一份，是超乎理想的。不過因為我們預算只在每一站停留不多於三十分鐘，所以可能在食物安排方面多準備一些可以帶走的會較理想，不然我擔心會剩下太多沒有吃過的食物，特別是那些需要熱食的東西。

各位朋友，我們已經很接近活動舉行的日子了，所以每一位和這個活動有關的朋友在這段時間都作最後衝刺，好使這個活動成功地舉行，特別是完成我們的使命。所以希望每一位Citywalker可以踴躍出席餘下的每一個練習，宣傳活動.......

我已確實會在下個星期五及二十九日的活動裡出現，希望到時看到大家的出現。
