Dear Citywalkers,

As mentioned in previous messages, pls note that a briefing + rehearsal session will be held on Oct 22 (Friday). Details are as follows.

Date: Oct 22 (Fri)
Time: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Venue: P4907, CityU

Rundown:
A. Briefing + sharing session:
Time: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Remark: Matthew will chair this session.

B. Rehearsal of Kick-off ceremony:
Time: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Remark: Bryan and Livia will chair this session.

It is required ALL Citywalkers should join both sessions. Kindly advise your availability by Oct 19 (next Tue). If you have any questions, please do not hestiate to let me know.
