多謝你的查詢。有關在七月四日星期日之第一次練習，請參考在網上發放的資料。網址是 http://www.citywalker.org

有關練習之日期和內容，在簡報會當天所列出之時間表及現時在網上的時間表只是我們初步所定，因為有關之內容及時間會因應天氣情況，參加者之進度等因素而作出需要之改動，所以抱歉我們並不能保證不改變練習之時間或內容。但我們會盡量把練習內容及時間作盡早之確認，以便大家安排時間出席。

如有任何不清楚之地方，歡迎提出及指正。
