Mickey,

星期日那天的行山練習是我第一次和大家一起參加，看到有差不多三十人出席，我有點感動，因為看到大家都很有心為這次活動出一分力。最重要的是在步行當中，看到大家互相支持，互相體諒，而且氣氛融洽；雖然你不能和我們從城門水塘一直步行至大帽山，但也非常高興你在我們的鼓勵下步行至鉛礦凹才離開，很高興你亦可完成當天部份之目標。
這次不能完成不要緊，因為是一個很好的機會去讓自己知道自己的能力程度，讓自己可以在餘下的時間裡加緊練習，亦可讓我們每一人知道可以從其他朋友裡得到無限的鼓勵和支持。
讓我們一起努力去達至目標。
