非常感激在星期日那天你所提供精神上和物質上的支持，你知道嗎，在完成差不多七小時的行山旅程裡，可以在終點看到你（及那些寶礦力，西瓜，蛋糕等），感覺是溫馨和得到其他人的支持，那一刻，令我覺得雖然山徑艱苦，但完成時看到朋友的支持及鼓勵令我覺得山徑如何艱苦也是值得的。

也很高興你可與我們一同感受一班參加者的心和意志力，互相支持和鼓勵的情景。

希望在餘下的練習裡都可以得到你精神（和物質）上的支持和鼓勵。:p
