Dear Micky,
This is Matthew, the person in-charge for the training of Proud of 20. First of all, would like to say thank you for your comments and your interest in participating Proud of 20. I hope you can ask for some of your friends at CityU to join this as well. Concerning your questions, I have made some answers to them.
1. a mail about this website should send to all the members or someone has the interest on participation individually. >>>> The address of this webpage should be sent to all parties of CityU (including staffs, students, alumni etc.). If you remember, the information for the orientation held at the end of June were sent to all thorugh e-mails. And I believed all those appeared in the orientation should get the information from the e-mails. Therefore, we have already done this. Nevertheless, we will try to use the e-mails to inform all so that they know all updated information of the event, and most importantly, knowing the exact detail of the coming training.
2. if the training schedule has been confirmed, it should be notified to all members for attendance because i was told the training schedule was tempative at the first orientation on 26 of June. >>> Will be done as answered above.
3. when i want to read the post in the forum, it would automatically direct to the following address
http://ads.bidclix.com/adserve.php?placement_id=55473
>>> Did you use Netscape as the default brower? I got the same problem (showing only the information of an ads) as well and the only way is to use Internet Explorer to view the page. I think this is something related to command mis-handled by the brower.
4. the spelling check seems malfunction when i compose this mail. >>> Will try to check with the webmaster to fix it. But, it is a good way to train yourself to double check the spelling before sending or train yourself to type carefully and accurately.
Anyway, thanks for your post and please feel free to raise out any question related to the event. It is the best way to make the event becomes a to-be perfect one.
Cheers,
Matthew
