 22-aug-2004 係一個難得o既訓練， 因為大家可以係大雨滂沱環境下進行練習。 好俾個機會我們體會一下， 在不同天氣環境下行山時硬件和軟件o既準備。 大家要知道， 在我們去完成毅行者(48小時內)， 什麼天氣都可能遇上。 當征途一踏上無論晴天、 陰天、 下雨天！ 我們要完全發揮團隊精神， 排除萬難去完成賽事。

所以每一次訓練， 都值得我們去珍惜， 值得去參與！
