Subject: Bulls & Canaries May Join Sevens

We are hopeful that both Dapto and Wollongong will enter the Sevens. Both teams are on the maybe list and if they do make it then that will mean that 8 of the 9 first grade Tooheys League clubs will contest the event.

I'd like to thank all the clubs who have entered, especially those from rival Illawarra sides who have shown that putting money into the coffers of a poor club like Uni can only strengthen the premiership as a whole.

On top of this they can add a trophy to their cabinet and even pick up a couple of thousand dollars whilst having a great weekend.

If these two teams do participate, only Collies are left unrepresented, which is a shame as they would be one of the teams to beat.
