Subject: The Arabian chronicles - Couchman to pack down in the backrow

On his regular weekend camel ride in the glorious Thirroul country side the Sheik decided to do a bit of Tooheys league detective work and visit the couchman clan. The couchmans live in a lovely cottage nestled between the Thirroul mountainside and Ben's beloved mecca, Gibson Park.
It was no suprise to find Ben in the back yard cooking up a side of beef on the spit(and I mean a whole side) and this is where the Sheik stumbled upon some interesting developments from up North. With a plethora of quality Big men this year the "Great One" Homer Jones has asked Ben to slip into the back row. It has been a few years since Chopper has lingered out on the fringes of the ruck but as always he was keen to take up the challenge. He told the Sheik that he has been working hard in the off season to trim his chiselled torso down to an ideal weight as well as doing some sprint training with the unofficial "Sprint King" Marcus Caine. Always out to get a scoop the sheik dug deeper and got Chop to reveal that he was also contemplating bringing back the "Claw" in O5. This seemed a desperate move as this deadly attacking weapon had been tucked away deep in his bag of tricks for a number of years now. (He did use it sparingly with great success in the late nineties.)Only time will tell whether it will be the right one. So after finishing off the last of the marinated cow hoofs the sheik, content with his latest scoop, rode off on his trusty camel Alibaba IV, into the sunset. (or at least to the Ryans for a couple of coldies and a bet)
