Subject: The Man Comes back?

Sitting on a street corner with a bottle of Invalid Port wrapped in a brown paper bag - one of the brudders lifts his foot and crushs out a cigarette.

"Just can't wait til the next season" he muttered under his heavy alcoholic breath. "Word is that Smithy is going to be playing for the Butchers." "Don't know if it is right or wrong - but word in the tribe is that 'The Man' misses him".

"What you talking bout" was the reply. "Anthony wants to play with Smithy again". "Still misses Rugby League - but can't play NRL cause he can't dedicate the time" "However, Homer reckons that provided he is at training at least twice a month - he will let him play again with Smithy."

He lights up another cigarette - "That's what I mean, can't wait til next year. Collies think they bought well this year - wait til they get to Gibbo Park - Smithy, Mundine, Air, Harty, a team like that would test the dragons."

"Hey brother, you been drinking too much" "Maybe, maybe not."
