He tilted his head, stepping closer to Valenthe.

"The most you would need protection from would be the vampires, and that would enfold the previous purpose I had been given, so thus being the one I would continue with you. Vampires are nothing to me. Their blood I will take from them, and not the other way around."

He moved closer, until he was almost at her feet, looking up at her with crimson eyes.

"For you to want this, all you need to do is touch me, and accept me. There are no strings attached, and you can be rid of me at any time."
