Golden eyes rested on the goddess of the forgotten, no awe with in them, nor any look of surprize. He was completely impassive.

"So you're finally here, young goddess."

It was all he said. He had seen her long before, when he was new, and this stage game old. Turquoise eyes turned to look at the creature whose purpose was solely dependent on another, and just happened to be her Seer.

"You knew."

"Of course I knew."

"Then you know as well."

"I do. And all I am going to ask is...Is it worth it? Have you thought through this completely. You do realize the rules of that which you carry hold even on you?"

"I know. I was told. And yes. I believe it is worth it."

"Then you -are- a fool. To think that you can destroy something that is so embedded within your heritage. Your sacrifice will mean absolutely nothing when he returns again."

"....."

And then there was silence.
