A look, of strange puzzlement crossed the features as the crippled body of God simply vanished from sight, the look of pure befuddlement almost comical on the ebon features as he turned toward Wyrd.
Die?
Vain grasped his sides, and bursted into laughter. It was truly laughter of the insane, as Vain himself fell backwards, landing on his back and rolling across the floor, laughing in amusement. Slowly however, he stood up, his shoulders still shaking with violent fits as he gazed at Wyrd.
" Vain begins to understand that you wish to threat us? " he continued to chuckle, whipping from his cheek a bit of saliva, even as he licked something across it..the blood of God, savoring it for a bit even as he takes the infomation he desired, his own astral frame altering itself rapidly, fitting the "blood" exactly, the only noticeable hue to this change was the almost physical aura fluxating about him.
Slowly..he stepped back, away from Wyrd..and slowly started to circle the "bubble" gazing across it, intently peering thru the shell....then starts to follow its shape, circling around the entire room..step....step...step...until finally he ended up where he started...and looked to Wyrd.
" Wyrd wishes to cease to exist? How Naive to think you can destroy us. Wyrd believes himself unique..how naive, you do not realize the ironies that you speak. "
Vain cross his arms over his chest slowly even as his face became lupine, jagged teeth extending from his mouth, as a second later, bat like wings spread out, in mockery, a perfecet reflection of the other beside him, his ember eyes however never changing, as if they were untouched by physical manifestations.
" Wyrd is not so unique, Come then Wyrd, Who believes it perfect, Come taste our blood, feel it course thru your veins..and know the folly wish you speak...for within us..is your bane. " He smiled, his image wavering from the humanoid to this new shape countless times. His mind twisting for a brief moment as milliions of atom sized spikes erupted from his body, none truly physical, and each one embedding into the bubble..but not puncturing it. Each one taking physical form, resembling about foot diameter stalagtites, looking to be made of obsidian, each one fluxating with energy, siphoning it from the shield, the stones starting to glow brightly, from the tip to the base, each one siphoning the probable infinite energy wyrd had created..and if not infinite..then the shield would start to collapse, as its very matter was erased in too many places to heal and recover on its own. Vain simply smirked, and recovered the shield himself, and unleashed each spike's own energy upon the shield, a drill more or less as the shield's parameters had a energy flux , going beyond its ablity to stabalize (unless wyrd fixes it), and simply dissolving.
Vain smirked, he had no intention of leaving..nor did he doubt Wyrd would reshape the shield...it had another meaning this flux...something wyrd would never guess...
