It was night, a chill in the air. Neo Hogoromo was alive with the night, a celebration of sorts underway. It was one of the few times there was complete peace. It was a joyous time. No feeling of any kind of malice in the air as though it had been swept away under the blanket of Fate's own hand. The aforementioned feast was being prepared, everyone was invited. There would be enough food to feed two or three armies, but with the diversity of beings that were there, it was a sure thing that most of the food would never see the light of the next morning.

Ariel and her guest had arrived not long after the announcement of a feast had been given. It was a rare sight to see a human anymore, and this girl radiated a kind of control that Zenra could only guess at. Ariel sent word to Altrez of what this girl could do, and he was willing to see what she was capible of.

Everyone was there, the word had been sent out to the Emerald Platue colony, and to the Sapphire Plains, and both had taken it gratiously. Yes, the place was so alive.

Zenra had taken up a position of greeting the guests, something everyone had thought perhaps odd, but enjoyed it. It really wasn't everyday you got to meet your diety in person.

The PrismStars had taken up their rightful place as the music makers, making songs and music that sent most normal bards away crying in shame. Except for the elves. It was a challenge, in fun, for the Bards to have a "bard battle". Songs flew around, and people were dancing.

There was peace and quiet. It was bliss. Now was the time for questions to fly around and answers to them to be concocked. Tyrsis' answer for Lashana was right around the bend, anxious and ombigous. Could she really reverse the link, and see through the paradox into null space?

Of course. It was all just a matter of will.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Failure...."

He had failed, and now was imprisoned by his own perfect barrier. Not he, nor Vain was dead, but somehow Vain had escaped. Null Law held true, even now. There had been no death to resonate off eternity, and rebound off time. The bubble had now become his own prison. He was made of both Null and Chaos, but he was not exempt from either of their eyes. It had been perfect....too perfect.

Unless he was summoned through the threaten link he shared with his bond, her could not leave. And he had left Tyrsis in the care of Jin, thus insuring she would not be threatened or harmed in any way. His chance of escape...

Was null.

"I....Wyrd...disciple of Chaos...and that destined to be All...have failed..."

A splinter of light cracked across the bubble's surface and disappeared. A realization that might be the creature's undoing was formed. Perfection failed, a paradox so much like himself. A rumbling rippled across the no-space where he stood. The predator had become a prisoner of his own trap.

"VAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN!!!!"

Reality shook, and his roar echoed across the multiverse, and even across every conceiveable plane of reality, from which all he could not go. It never died in volume, so every creature and being known to man, devil, and god would hear it.

Especially Tyrsis.
