The creature smiled, though a smile on him would look slightly odd. His wing came up and slipped through the barrier, not marring it, nor bringing it down, but...blocked it, as though it was a fall of water, and he was just diverting the flow. Blue and green energies rippled outward and around the wing, the nergy crackling where it no longer met, an arch made in the shield.

Cold air did not threaten, nor did the ice even dare to try to creep through. His presence made sure of that.

The curtain was drawn, and he waited for the girl to duck through, and after she did, he followed, the shield slidding back into plaace as though it was nothing more than a shiny curtain falling back from where it had been held. She stayed close to him, not for safety, but because within a 5 foot circle was the only place warm.

"Get on my back. I know where your Kiora is, and her master as well."
