"Jin." A hand touched him gently, slender fingers splayed against his shoulder as she rocked him, attempted to shake life into him. He was ice to the touch, chattering and blue as he mumbled seemingly to himself. "Stay with me, Jin." Same fingers pulled a blanket from her pack, draping it around him to trap his warmth... only warmth did not seem to remain in the shivering knight. "Damnit, Jin. The sun is out and a village of people are waiting for you to come back. Hope is alive in the world. Come back to it and take a look." She was not quite one for words and cold from the icy walk to begin with. It may have been warming even as she spoke, but it almost seemed that the holy knight forced that cold away from himself.

She sighed, her response the only one she had been trained to know. Escalvone were warriors and survivalists, not meek and proper in half the ways of this world. She slid off her cloak and lay it atop him as well, sliding beneath both folds of cloth to give him her own body heat. Curled up next to him as she was, she wondered what he would think when he woke. It was probably best that she did not think too long on it. He would have more important questions to ask when the cold left him.
