She had waited where Wyrd had asked her to, even though she could feel the icy cold presence of the vampires and other assorted darkling creatures. The bond she shared with him allowed her to see occasionally what he saw, and when she saw him pit himself against the Kindred dragon she was terrified. The dragon had spoken truly about that, though not the real cause. She was afraid that Nemesis would destroy Wyrd, a very real possiblity considering that they were evenly matched. When he finally returned she didn't comment on it, but did ask one simple question,

"Did you get what you went after?"
