The voice came from within the cloud's solid structure though it had yet to resume a human form. It knew very well that it was more than vulnerable in it's human forms to these creatures and had no intention of giving them the opening to destroy him. Even now Kiassa was moving in closer, only those who came from the dark demension could detect another and some could shield themselves from even their fellows. Kiassa made no attempt to hide from the gaki, he wanted the creature to know it would not strike alone.

The gaki floated closer, phantom red eyes floated into view, hatred evident within their depths. The lightning attack had not hurt it, but it had distracted it so that the capture was not made as swiftly as it had wanted. It knew which creature had thrown the atttack at him, and he relished the thought of devouring her soul. Perhaps he would even absorb her body and gain her face and form, as well as any powers she might possess. The two behind her and his prey would do as bonuses for his lord, he always appreciated fresh meat.
