 he paced restlessly, having to wait for his servants to see to things he wanted done was frustrating in the extreme. He could open the portal to the mortal realm, but not cross through. Of late though the chains that formed the moment he attempted to step through were not as strong as before. Succombing to the urge to test his prison's restraints he opened the portal and took two steps forward before being balked by the silvery white chains that formed around his wrists and ankles. Looking down in frustration he grins suddenly in triumph. Though the chains were still there, his foot, every cloven inch of it had passed through and was crushing the slender blades of grass on the other side. His time of imprisonment was nearly at an end. Stepping backwards the chains vanished as he closed the portal. Calling one of the minor demons to him he sent it off to find Crystin. He had an idea on how to release the two from the prison in which they found themselves. They had done good work, and such diligence should be rewarded. Turning away from where the portal had stood he walked back over to his throne and sank down onto it to wait for Crystin to arrive.
