The gremlins peered at her, wondering what she was doing no doubt. The feather was held in her hand, hiding it from casual view, but it wasn't safe there. If that monster came back, or that damned bloodsucking leech decided to have a little fun there was no place she could hide it sucessfully. Pulling her wings tight around her, she found a place where a feather was ready to fall out and gently tugged it so that she could place the golden one in it's place. The site glowed for a brief moment before the feather faded to blend in with the rest that surrounded it. It was comforting to have it there, even if she could no longer distinguish it from the rest. The ache in her body faded to a bearable hum that she could ignore for awhile, allowing her to concentrate on figuring a way to escape.
Sierra sis, I'm tryin to find that loophole, but at the moment it looks as if these two have thought of everything. I will get out of this I have faith in that, and when I do, whatever obscene gods they worship had better be willing to protect them from me. I won't be locked away forever and they will pay for what they've done. I swear this by everything I hold sacred, they will pay. Violet eyes flashed with a rage that was held in check by force of will alone, it was a waste of energies she could put to better use at a later time. Forbiddion still beckoned, it would be so very easy to give in to it's temptations, but not at the price of her soul.
