He flashed silver teeth in a snarl, a feral grin.

"Nothing you can conjour can get past the protections that have been placed. You say the unclean? Nothing unclean can get past, and I seriously doubt anything holy would ever serve you. I've supped on Vampire blood, I've eaten the essence of a guardian, and I've absorbed the essence of a Shadow Child. Even if they did get past the barrier placed to protect her, know that it would take me no more than a blink to be there, dispose of any and all of it, and return here to face you again, even before you had time to draw another breath."

He advanced toward the dragon, everything he spoke true to word. Where he had asked Valenthe to hide was the last place any vampire would ever want to be. His claws rended the air with high pitched scrapes.

"What ever creature you do have surrounded however, I feel sorry for. But it is of no concern of mine."

He ripped a chunk of space from under his feet, the air beneth his claws whining with a shrill sound before snapping back together. Then he rend it between his claws to something sharp, a spike sharp enough to piece even her thick crystal hide, and any enchantments or spells she could conjour to stop it.

"The only terror you're feeling is your own, I assure you."
