She had no idea how long she had stood there staring at the wreckage of what had once been one of nature's most beautiful works of art she had as yet seen. Now the falls were in ruins, the water a mere trickle where once it had flowed so strongly. The rocks had heaved and buckled, spewing dirt into the once clear pool, leaving the area a mangled mess of monolithic stone. Time seemed to stand still, memories of what had once been overlaying what was now a reality. Al'yander seemed to drift to the back of her mind, a solid presence to her but nothing more. Everything had changed, but she could still hear, though faintly, the voices of her friends laughing, and feel the joy they had felt when they were together. The air was laden with dust that glittered in the sunlight, but overlapping it was the spray of water that cast prismed rainbows everwhere. Slowly sinking to one knee, hands outstretched and flat against the ground. Energies coursed through her, checking to see if there was anything she could do to repair the damage. Vaguely she felt Kyrr's comforting presence and the continued solidity of Al'yander not far from her. The hawk watched her with a mixture of concern and confidance, she worried that her friend was going to do too much, and confidance that she could do whatever she set out to do.
